All souls are part and parcel of God, who is True and self-illuminated. He is self-existent, eternal, and sustains without food. Human beings, created from the five elements, remain absorbed in the imagination of God.
He is the beginning, middle, and end of this world. He is eternal, constant, and independent. He exists within all beings — from the earth to insects and flying creatures. God is present everywhere.
He is the Lord of all and complete in every respect. He is the Creator. He is neither auspicious nor inauspicious. He Himself is the Master and Himself the servant. He is beyond duality.
In the abode of God, there is neither religion nor irreligion, neither liberation nor bondage, neither old age nor death.
Ravidass says that God exists in all visible and invisible forms. He alone is the One worth knowing. He alone is self-illuminated.
